Returns & Exchanges

At SUNJOY, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
